We ordered a variety of Wagyu meat from Tebben Ranches. It was a variety of steaks, ground beef, and beef ribs. We used the ground beef to make some hamburgers and taco meat. So so good! We also used it to make our famous family spaghetti recipe. This added so much more flavor to our sauce.  For the beef ribs and steaks, we cooked these on our Big Green Egg. This gave them so much flavor and were better than any steak house! For the steaks, mainly Filets, my husband seared them at around 700* degrees on both sides and then let the Big Green Egg do it’s job. The marbling inside these steaks were beautiful! Once the steaks were cooked, you could cut them with a butter knife. My kids who don’t like to eat steaks much, loved them because they could actually eat it without having to chew on it forever. They were better than any 5 star restaurant steak. We love this beef, and as a native Texan, I can’t wait to order more beef from Tebben Ranches! Go and get you some!
