Wagyu Sirloin Flap Meat is a beautifully marbled cut of meat, also known as Sirloin Tip. It’s a versatile, delicious cut of meat with a texture and flavor somewhat similar to skirt steak. With a deep, rich flavor profile, the flap is cut from the bottom sirloin and contains all the creamy tenderness you expect from Wagyu beef. Because the flap meat steak is cut from the sirloin, it will not have the same melt-in-your-mouth texture as a ribeye or a tenderloin. Despite this, it's packed with awesome beef flavor. And when it's cooked right and cut appropriately, it's incredibly delicious and extremely tender.
